Forced Early Retirement

Early retirement has become a very common occurrence in this particular economic downturn. We are seeing the greatest loss of jobs for people over 55 . This Blog is intended to be a place for discussion and tips to help people in this situation.

Hopefully as the economy improves so will the job opportunities for this age group of individuals who have, at least for now, been forced to retire. Some of us may be able to continue in retirement. Others will need to find employment to help replenish depleted retirement funds that have been hit by the wild stock market fluctuations and the fact that people may have had to tap into these funds in lieu of their income.
